SiteTracker has a role-based authorisation concept. Roles correspond to the functions or tasks of persons. You can restrict authorisations on every level. Thus, each role has an individual view of functional and data contents and cannot access data denied to that particular role.

By implementing the role concept consistently, you can integrate subcontractors and customers into SiteTracker. There is no danger of unauthorised persons being able to access internal company data.

Secure data

To encrypt the data that is transmitted via the Web, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is almost always used. All standard Web browsers support a variety of encryption methods. These methods are also used, for example, for online banking or the like. Your confidential product data is safe and, above all, protected against unauthorised access.
